Great customer service, prices a bit high but good deserts.

Old and stale Boston cream pie.

cannolis here are overpriced, unfresh and filled only at the ends leaving a gap in the center. Avoid This area and walk 2 minutes to the north end where the sizable Italian american community that actually respect food will better serve you.

Two of our favorite desserts at the Hannaford supermarket, the lemon square and the chocolate bomb, look EXACTLY like the ones at North End Bakery. My question: do they use the same recipe, does Hannaford buy from them, or do they buy from Hannaford?

I had a piece of cherry black forest cake. A little bit dry for my liking. Taste was quite good. Staffs was friendly.

I would rate a 0 if possible for sheer rudeness. Husband and I were going to purchase some baked goods but first asked for a couple napkins to wipe a table off in the rotunda area. When we asked “do you have any napkins” the reply was “yes, $5.00 apiece, how many do you want?”... my husband repeated the question and received the same response...REALLY???

A bit pricey for the small portions but the cakes are delicious.

Worst tiramisu ever. Cost 6.50 for small portion. I tipped $1 and then took a bite of the most stale, awful, tiramisu it has ever been my misfortune to ecounter. Immediately into the garbage. Go to any supermarket bakery for goods far superior.

Had a Calzone... And I feel like I could get better tasting & fresher food in the surrounding trash cans.

We bought two chocolate eclairs, a slice of strawberry cake, a slice of teramazo and a mini Boston cream. Desserts were good quality but not excellent. Total cost a bit high at $28.

July 14, 2020I stopped here for a mini boston cream pie and it was fantastic! The owner was so polite and glad to help! I would highly recommend stopping here for something sweet! Couldn’t visit Boston without get some Boston cream pie!!!!!

The arachina ball was basically all rice.

Outrageously priced.

I have fond and beautiful memories of the freakin amazing chocolate chip cookies. I may have even day dreamed about biting into one eating every last scrumptious morsel.( Well I certainly am now) If you're passing through, be sure to pick one up. Maybe more- or you'll probably regret it. 🤷🏽‍♀️

The chocolate cake and eclairs are AMAZING!

Overpriced, for not great quality. 2.50 for a not fresh macaron. It was mush out of the bag.

The slightly freezer burned chocolate cake was sold for a price that would have been high even if it were fresh. Disappointed.

Everything about the coffee and desserts was...adequate. Nothing was good. Nothing was terrible.

Pizza is literally so tough my dog can't eat it

Pizza was cold. Dessert was stale.

The tea I recieved was great and the employees allowed me to get a lot of napkins before I bought anything.

Congratulations--if you're looking for pizza, I just saved you some money. DON'T get Regina Pizzeria, get NORTH END BAKERY pizza! Way better. Crunchy bottom crust, if you like that. But better sauce, more of it, hotter, doughy-er, just good!

Soooooo good

We got the Lemmon meringue pie and it was terrible... we ended up tossing it. Not lemony at all, small piece, gelatinous, and just not tasty at all. Very disappointed.

It’s ok

I tried my first Cannoli at this bakery. Though my first time, but I can tell it was perfect. The pastry and the cream both were made to perfection. Will definitely go there again with my family. And the staff was friendly too. Loved it!

Definitely a tourist trap. I wish I had walked down the street to Mikes and had a real cannoli. Subpar, at best.

It's a good slice. Sicilian keeping things fresh and exciting. It's good. But it's definitely not $4.75 good. Not by a Longshot. 6.1/10

Decent boston cream pie, but the lady on the till seemed annoyed that we paid using card in the 21st century.
